This blog was created at a time when I was doing a postgrad in Communications and Media Studies at Monash University. It was launched and christened as MEDIASHIFTS: The Shifting Media to reflect the core unit of the study. Then, the name changed to MEDIASCOPIC: Refocusing the News Lens on Asia-Pacific came to head upon a new journalistic mission. ’ The latest name was given to redirect back the theme of this blog which will focus on the ever-shifting forms of media and communications.

I liked your article on Wikileaks, and I put it on my facebook. I think, as you suggest, that Assange will be assassinated, or they will put such dirt on his name that he will be completely discredited in peoples opinion, that is the way the secret services work everywhere.
